Posting Article Policy

Minang Bioscience Journal (MBJ) is committed to ensuring that all published articles are posted and made available in a timely, accurate, and transparent manner. This policy outlines the procedures and principles governing the online posting of articles after acceptance and publication.

1. Article Posting

Articles that have successfully completed the peer review process, editorial evaluation, revision, copyediting, and proofreading will be formally accepted for publication. Once the publication process is completed, the article will be posted online through the official MBJ website.

Published articles will be assigned the appropriate bibliographic information, including the article title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, publication date, volume, issue, page or article number where applicable, and DOI when available.

2. Version of Record

The version published on the official MBJ website is considered the Version of Record. This version represents the final, authoritative version of the article and should be used for citation and academic reference.

Any subsequent corrections or amendments to the published article will be handled in accordance with the journal's Correction and Retraction Policy.

3. Online-First Publication

MBJ may publish accepted articles online before the completion of a regular issue, when applicable. Articles published through an online-first or early publication system will be considered officially published and may be cited using the bibliographic information provided by the journal.

4. Publication Date

The official publication date is the date on which the final version of the article is made publicly available on the MBJ website. The publication date will be clearly displayed on the article's webpage and/or PDF.

5. Article Identification

Each published article will be provided with a permanent and identifiable record. Where applicable, the article will receive a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to facilitate reliable citation, indexing, linking, and long-term access.

6. Author Posting and Sharing

Authors may share and deposit permitted versions of their published work in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic webpages, or other appropriate platforms, subject to the journal's copyright and licensing terms.

Authors are encouraged to provide a link to the official MBJ publication page when sharing their work to ensure that readers can access the authoritative Version of Record.

7. Corrections and Updates

If an error is identified after an article has been published, MBJ may issue a correction, clarification, or other appropriate editorial notice. Corrections will be linked to the original article whenever possible to maintain the integrity and transparency of the scholarly record.

In cases involving serious errors or ethical violations, the article may be retracted in accordance with the journal's publication ethics and retraction policies.

8. Accessibility

MBJ is committed to making published articles openly and continuously accessible through its official journal website. Articles are made available without subscription barriers in accordance with the journal's Open Access Statement and applicable licensing terms.

9. Editorial Responsibility

The Editor and Editorial Team are responsible for ensuring that articles are posted accurately and consistently with the journal's editorial standards, publication ethics, copyright policy, and open-access principles.
